By creating an Autobots Suite account or using any platform included in the Suite (Sensei, Cipher, Sage, Helm, or Seer), you agree to be bound by these Terms.
These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and NxtLayer IT, a business based in Phoenix, Arizona. If you do not agree, do not use the Suite or any of its included platforms.
Autobots Suite is a unified subscription that grants a single account access to five separate AI-powered platforms operated by NxtLayer IT:
All five platforms are powered by the Autobots Engine™, a proprietary AI system developed by NxtLayer IT. Subscribing to the Suite also subjects your use of each individual platform to that platform's specific Terms, which are incorporated herein by reference.
Autobots Suite is offered in four tiers:
All paid subscriptions begin with a 5-day free trial, during which no charges will be applied. After the trial, subscriptions auto-renew. You may cancel anytime from your dashboard or by contacting NxtLayer IT, with cancellation effective at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.
Team plans include 5 user seats. The account owner receives a Team Invite Code (TEAM-XXXXXX) which they may share with up to 4 additional team members. Each team member creates their own login but shares the subscription benefits.
The account owner is responsible for all activity on team member accounts and may remove or replace team members at any time. Removed members lose access to the Suite immediately upon removal.
The Autobots Suite generates AI-powered content across all five platforms. All AI-generated content (including but not limited to contracts, proposals, articles, code, websites, IT assessments, and educational materials) is provided for informational and productivity purposes only.
Nothing generated by any Autobots platform constitutes legal, financial, tax, medical, or other professional advice. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all AI-generated output before use or distribution. Where appropriate, consult licensed professionals (attorneys, accountants, IT auditors, etc.) before relying on generated content.
You agree NOT to use the Autobots Suite to generate:
You also agree not to: share login credentials beyond authorized team members; attempt to reverse engineer the Autobots Engine™; or use automated tools to scrape, replicate, or interfere with the Service.
You are solely responsible for:
The Autobots Suite, all five included platforms, the Autobots Engine™, and all associated branding, designs, methodologies, and proprietary systems are the exclusive property of NxtLayer IT. You may not reverse engineer, replicate, or create derivative platforms.
You retain ownership of any content you generate using the Suite, subject to the limitations described in Section 5 (no professional advice) and Section 6 (Acceptable Use). NxtLayer IT may use aggregated, anonymized usage data to improve the Service.
NxtLayer IT treats submitted business information as confidential and does not sell your data to third parties. Data is stored securely and used only to deliver, improve, and support the Service.
By using the Suite, you acknowledge that AI generation may involve sending your prompts to third-party AI model providers (e.g., Anthropic for Claude models). NxtLayer IT does not control how those providers retain prompt data; refer to their respective privacy policies.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." NXTLAYER IT MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ABOUT THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR SUITABILITY OF AI-GENERATED CONTENT FOR YOUR SPECIFIC NEEDS.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NxtLayer IT's total liability under this agreement shall not exceed the fees you paid for the Service in the three months preceding any claim. NxtLayer IT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the email associated with your account. Continued use of the Suite following posted changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Maricopa County, Arizona.
